Bohle's special cleaner is the ideal solution for the professional preparation of surfaces before bonding and sealing. Whether glass, metal, ceramic or rubber – the powerful cleaner reliably removes grease, dirt and residues, creating the ideal basis for permanently strong bonds. Especially for UV bonding, for bonds with 2K silicone and for mirror installation with UV adhesive, the special cleaner ensures thorough pre-cleaning and supports secure adhesion of the adhesives.
Even stubborn adhesive residues can be removed effectively with the cleaner. This makes the product suitable not only for preparing new bonds, but also for cleaning and reworking tasks in professional glass and metal construction. The easy application saves time and enables clean results in assembly and bonding work.
For an optimal cleaning result, apply the special cleaner to the surface to loosen dirt and residues. Then remove them with a new, clean cloth. This keeps the treated surfaces clean, grease-free and perfectly prepared for further processing.

The Bohle UV Activator 30 enables the curing of the UV adhesive B-682-T even without the use of a UV lamp, thereby expanding the range of applications for demanding bonding tasks in glass and metal applications. Especially for bonding metal parts, screen-printed glass, or suitable colored glass, the activator ensures a reliable bond even when UV light cannot reach the bonding area. Metal-to-metal bonds can also be reliably achieved with the activator in combination with the UV adhesive B 682-T.
The UV Activator 30 is applied thinly to one of the two parts to be joined and starts curing the adhesive after about 30 seconds. Full final strength is reached after around 24 hours. When used properly, the high bond strength is maintained. This makes the activator ideal for professional applications in glass construction, furniture making, shopfitting, or metalworking.
Since the bond slightly yellows when the activator is used, application is recommended primarily for non-visible bonding areas. The activator is sensitive to air and should be carefully resealed immediately after use to ensure optimal product quality.
With the Bohle UV Activator 30, you get a practical solution for UV bonding without a UV lamp and create durable, resilient bonds even with difficult material combinations.

The Bohle B 682-T UV adhesive is the ideal solution for high-strength glass-to-metal bonds in professional furniture construction. This high-performance adhesive system was specially developed for applications where a permanently durable bond between glass and metal is required. Whether hinges, shelf supports, locks or other fittings - with B 682-T, components can be bonded quickly, precisely and reliably to float glass as well as tempered safety glass (ESG).
Thanks to its short curing times, the UV adhesive is ideally suited for efficient production workflows and streamlined manufacturing processes. The adhesive's high impact resistance ensures that dynamic loads and mechanical stresses are reliably absorbed. This results in durable and stable bonds that also impress in demanding furniture and interior construction applications.
A particular advantage of Bohle B 682-T is its activator-curing property. This makes it possible to bond even two light-impermeable materials such as metal to metal without the need for a UV lamp. This opens up additional applications in industrial production and assembly. For optimum adhesion on chrome-plated or nickel-plated surfaces as well as on raw aluminium, the use of a metal primer or Pyrosil® is recommended to further improve the adhesive's adhesion.
The practical 20 g bottle enables clean and precise dosing and is suitable both for professional use in workshops and for industrial applications.

The MV 760 UV adhesive from Bohle is the ideal solution for demanding glass-to-metal bonding in professional furniture and shopfitting applications. With a content of 20 g and its reliable UV curing, this special adhesive impresses with maximum precision and efficiency during processing. The MV 760 shows its strengths especially in applications such as hinges, shelf supports and handles, ensuring permanently stable bonds with excellent appearance.
Thanks to its high strength and pronounced impact resistance, the adhesive is ideally suited for components that are regularly exposed to mechanical stress. Dynamic impact and shock loads, such as those occurring when opening and closing display cabinet doors, are reliably absorbed. This keeps the bonded joint stable and secure in the long term.
Another advantage of the MV 760 is its moisture resistance, which makes it particularly interesting for use in humid environments. In combination with Pyrosil, durable and resilient bonds can also be achieved in bathrooms. For optimum adhesion on difficult substrates such as chrome-plated or nickel-plated surfaces as well as raw aluminium, the use of a suitable metal primer or Pyrosil is recommended to significantly improve adhesion.
Please note that the MV 760 is not suitable for powder-coated surfaces and cannot be used in combination with a UV activator.
