Simonswerk TECTUS is a completely concealed door hinge system with the motto Design is also when you can't see anything!. The door hinges are suitable for rebated and flush-fitting residential doors with wooden, steel, or aluminum frames. A laterally closed hinge housing ensures a homogeneous appearance in the milling. The high-quality door hinges impress with a high load-bearing capacity of up to 60 kg door weight, an opening angle of 180°, and the proven maintenance-free sliding bearing technology from Simonswerk.
Three-dimensional continuous adjustment options (side +/- 3.0 mm, height +/- 3.0 mm, pressure +/- 1.5 mm) facilitate precise installation and ensure smooth door operation and optimal closing experience even after a long time. The hinges can be used for DIN left and DIN right and are compatible with the TE 240 3D FZ steel frame mounting element, the TE 240 3D SZ steel door frame mounting element, and the TE 240 3D ST steel door mounting element.
